Josie is a Livestock Systems Extension Educator serving the east-central region of Nebraska. She earned her B.S. in Animal Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia and her M.S. in Animal Science with a focus on ruminant nutrition from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Her research focused on investigating the impacts of strategically supplementing yearling range heifers on growth, reproduction, and economics in the Nebraska Sandhills.
