Brent Plugge joined Nebraska Extension in 1994 as an Extension Educator. His educational programming focused on beef production systems with an emphasis on nutrition and health. Plugge has a proven track record of delivering high quality educational programming with documented impact. He has also served in a number of leadership positions within and outside of UNL.
Prior to joining Nebraska Extension, Plugge was an educator with Kansas State University from 1989 -1994.
