The Applied Reproductive Strategies in Beef Cattle Conference is considered to be the premier national event in beef cattle reproductive management.  This meeting has a long history of providing the latest information on the application of reproductive technologies and includes a range of topics under an annual set of themes related to cow herd reproduction.  The presentations from the 2021 conference held September 15th, 16th and 17th are now available for viewing at the Applied Reproductive Strategies in Beef Cattle website.

Three main areas were focused on in this year’s program: The Power of AI and TAI, Advanced Reproductive Management, and Veterinarian Reproductive Services.

Topics covered include:

  • Use AI to Enhance Value
  • Selecting a Synchronization Protocol that Fits Your System
  • Starting an AI Program – Tips for Success
  • Improving Reproductive Performance: Before During and After the Breeding Season
  • Overcoming Compliance Issues to Ensure Success of a TAI Project

Archived presentations from the 2020 Conference are available as well. The tools and technologies discussed provide knowledge that can enhance the ability of both purebred and commercial cattle producers to utilize new opportunities in reproductive management. With the short days and long nights of winter ahead, take advantage of the opportunity to review these presentations and explore how the information may have application to your operation.
