Q: I am on the border of having horn flies meet the threshold. I am having trouble getting the cows to use my rub.

A: Sounds like you are placing the rubs in the traveled areas. If the cows are watering out of a tank, try placing the rubs in the gate area that cattle have to pass through to get to water. With fly loads that you suggest, cows usually will use the rubs.
