I then went to the following page of Quick Stats USDA National Agricultural Statistics Service - Quick Stats and was able to access Cattle and Calves by county in Nebraska in 2006, 2007. I would interpet Cattle and calves to also include beef and dairy. It has a categroy for cattle on feed, but the database doesn't contain recent numbers. You could contact NASS.
